We offer graduates a contract with a rotation in two departments where appropriate amd every assistance in gaining their APC.   We offer training and career guidance including in-house CPD lectures, delivered by both external experts and senior directors of the company.

In addition to a competitive salary, graduates participate in our performance related bonus scheme. Access to private health care and pension are available upon satisfactory completion of 6 months probation.
