In Ireland, we have sold Blocks E - H, AIB Bankcentre for over €70m making it the largest single asset sale in the market this year. Additionally, we are selling “off market” assets to overseas and domestic investors.
 
We also have advised on the acquisition of a large portfolio and acted for clients on office, residential, retail and industrial investments.
 
In the UK – where we have a team specifically dedicated to catering for our Irish clients’ overseas investment requirements – we provide a range of services including advice on value, business planning, asset management strategy and refinancing to ensuring an efficient acquisition or disposal. Given the global diversification of UK residential and commercial property our access of overseas buyers has resulted in strong premium prices being achieved on our sales to date.
 
In 2012 we have completed investment transactions in excess of £250m with further instructions underway including the disposal of a prime £50m multi-let office in Bristol, disposal of a £20m Prime office with Vacant Possession and disposal of a multi-let freehold retail asset in Mayfair. Recent acquisitions on behalf of clients include a £20m supermarket which was purchased with 12 year income with the lease immediately extended to 25 years showing a significant increase in asset value.
