Our real estate investment sales specialists have a keen understanding of capital markets and commercial real estate—as well as the buyers and sellers involved in transactions. They’ll quickly pinpoint an asset’s value, market it effectively and deliver optimum results.

On the real estate acquisition side, we represent buyers at all stages of the process, from advice on selection and location to opportunity sourcing and due diligence. You’ll take advantage of our local market knowledge and contacts in real estate capital markets around the globe.

In Ireland, previous transactions by our Investment Sales and Acquisitions team have included the ‘forward sale-and-leaseback’ of the €195million eircom Heuston South Quarter project; the €750million sale-and-leaseback of AIB’s Bankcentre; the acquisition of 50% of the Whitewater Shopping Centre in Newbridge for €198million and the acquisition of The Park in Carrickmines for €98million.

In the UK – where we have a team specifically dedicated to catering for our Irish clients’ overseas investment requirements – we provide a range of services ranging from sourcing suitable properties and advising on value and strategy to ensuring an efficient due diligence process.  In 2007 alone, our Irish desk completed investment property transactions worth STG£300million.

Finally, for our Irish clients we are looking to invest in Europe and further afield.  We have two specialists in our Dublin office whose function is to network with Jones Lang LaSalle’s offices across Europe and source innovative deals on behalf of investors.
